Acceptance

By accessing or using Snap Reception (the website, dashboard, and related services), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The service

Snap Reception provides a WhatsApp AI receptionist platform for service businesses. Features may include automated messaging, booking-related flows, alerts, reporting and other tools we make available to your account. We may add, change or retire features with reasonable notice where appropriate.

Subscription and billing

Snap Reception is offered on a monthly subscription. Payment and checkout are processed through Lemon Squeezy. We offer a 14-day free trial for eligible plans. When the trial ends, your payment method on file may be charged according to the plan and pricing you selected, unless you cancel before the trial ends. You are responsible for keeping your billing details accurate.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees. Your access to paid features generally continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for subscription periods that have already been used. If you believe a charge is incorrect or you have a billing dispute, contact us at info@snapreception.com and we will review your case in good faith.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Snap Reception to send spam, engage in illegal activity, harass others, or misuse the WhatsApp or Meta platform APIs. You are responsible for content and messages you initiate and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and platform rules.

WhatsApp compliance

You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and related requirements when connecting a WhatsApp Business account or sending messages through our service. Non-compliance may result in restrictions from Meta or suspension of your use of Snap Reception.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snap Reception and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed messages, lost revenue, business interruption, or losses arising from WhatsApp or third-party outages. The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email to the address associated with your account, unless a shorter period is required by law or for security reasons.
