Who we are

Snap Reception is a WhatsApp AI SaaS platform built for service businesses. We help salons, restaurants, clinics and similar businesses automate conversations on WhatsApp. This website and service are operated at snapreception.com.

What data we collect

Depending on how you use Snap Reception, we may collect business information such as your business name, contact details and WhatsApp number. We also process customer conversation data that flows through the service (for example messages and responses handled by the AI receptionist), along with feedback ratings you or your customers submit through our flows.

How we use your data

We use this information to operate the AI receptionist (including routing, replies and automation), send alerts to your team, generate reports you see in the product, and improve reliability and quality of the service. We do not use your data for unrelated advertising.

Data storage

Data is stored on secure infrastructure with appropriate access controls. We do not sell your personal data or your customers' data to third parties.

WhatsApp data

We process WhatsApp messages using the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Handling of that data is subject to Meta's terms and policies as well as this policy. We recommend reviewing Meta's documentation if you connect a WhatsApp Business account to Snap Reception.

Your rights

Where applicable — including frameworks such as the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and Pakistan's data protection requirements — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. We use minimal cookies where needed for authentication and core site functionality — not for broad cross-site tracking.
